Feedback isn’t one of their more “popular songs for the masses”, this is more for the real R.E.M. fans. You have great taste!
I judge all post Out of Time bootlegs by the quality of the Country Feedback solo, and this one is imho the absolute best Peter has ever played. Thanks for uploading it! :-)

I just watched/listened to that one. Thanks for mentioning it. I REALLY wish that recording was better. Have you seen the one with Neil Young? He and Lofgren were frequent collaborators/bandmates at times, mostly the 70's. That version is my favorite with Young playing lead, but the Lofgren may surpass it if I can find a cleaner recording.
this is a very good but the Road Movie version is much better, more emotion from Michael Stipe and the guitar solo at the end has more about it. Both are well worth watching though.

Generally a favorite song , but the sheep noises are kinda cringe .
