Dane Lucas commented that you can purchase the entire replacement AC lines (without rear AC) for a great price!
**Verify the part numbers are correct for your specific model year!!**
The suction line: GPD 4812846 or FOUR SEASONS 55859 (Currently ~$25 on RockAuto)
The pressure line: UAC HA112462C (Currently ~$22 on RockAuto)

Just bought replacement single lines you pointed to off rock auto for half the price of the blanking kits, just make sure you buy w/o rear air lines
Oooh that's good to know! I'll add a link to those in the description in a minute!!!
Great call!
awesome this looks super easy!
Is it possible to show what your brown and black ac lines look like in the engine compartment? I have a vacuum leak and I noticed that there's no brown line coming out of the firewall into the engine compartment. Wish I could show you a photo
Should there be an caution while attempting this?
Why would one want to block off their rear a/c?
To remove it, as the parts (blower, evaporator?) take up a lot of space in the back. For van life rear climate control isn't useful because a) it only operates when the vehicle is running and b) the rear vents are probably blocked by the build-out.
What posteroonie said! These 6.0L V8's use 1/2 gallon of fuel every hour they idle. To use the van's rear heat / AC overnight, you'd use 4-5 gallons of fuel (almost $30 / night in the wonderful state of California lol)!
After five days of doing that, you could have paid for a diesel heater (I installed mine right where the old factory rear heat / AC were)
Cheers!

That's what I wanted to know. So thankful for the answers to this. I am seriously saving thousands in parts and would be man hour redo's.
Reeeally appreciate these videos!
The main reason to block off the rear ac is...the rear can leak freon, and repairs could get expensive..its always good to block..then later it can be repaired
Useless
