I have to admit, I was recently settling on a toss-up between Tacoma, WA and Reno, NV. But you always find a way to inspire me to reconsider Las Vegas; so I began compiling a list of rental properties in Las Vegas again. The only things that worry me about this area is the lack of rain and the regular droughts that occur, as well as the sweltering heat in the Summer. But it's a dry heat and I lived in Dallas/Fort Worth for a few years, where they had dry heat during the Summer as well; so, I know a thing or two about getting through a dry heat. Not gonna lie: The entertainment in Vegas is world class and I absolutely LOVE having options at my fingertips for leisure activities. I also can't deny that Las Vegas has a lower average Cost of Living than Reno Tahoe does. I would love to talk to you about this prospect when you're available. I'm moving in 6 months, so I gotta do this ASAP.

I would recommend Mammoth WVH (Wolfgang Van Halen) w/ Nita Strauss at the House of Blues. Great show. Saw them at First Ave in Minneapolis last month. Can’t go wrong with U2 T the Sphere. Great concert experience !!

Everyone should come and enjoy Christmas in Vegas. By the way, and you probably are getting the same information that I am about the events that are going to be taking place Super Bowl week here. It will be the greatest collaboration of entertainers, athletes, clubs, parties, etc. in the history of this city. Events are starting to leak out. Unbelievable stuff!
I'm beginning to take a liking to the Vegas Golden Knights, even though my home team will always be the Washington Capitals. I'm a strong Seahawks fan, so the Raiders games are incidental but would still be fun. I'm really interested to see what becomes of the current Oakland Athletics when they move to Vegas. Will they change their name? Will they change their colors? We shall see!
i love your videos, i like how you are full of great info and you are not always just talking about certain areas which bores me to death , some of the realtors do these videos, you think it will be light but then they do 50 mins of just their listings and always the upscale areas and btw why do some of them turn their nose down to many of the areas , look i get it yes its all a numbers game $$ i was a local realtor for over 2 years in Houston (which i will try my hand it and get my license for the state of Nevada) but the pandemic stopped that train plus i was trying to move to Vegas but now i work a normal 9+6 and i got to do the apartment /rental hunt when i visit in june so i have a lot of work to do from saving (so i took a 2 part time job to do that) to clearing up alot of debt and trying to get my credit score up over 600 by spring after pushing things back for 2 years i am moving to Vegas by July 2024 , from Houston, Tx and i felt after my 2nd trip their (where i got lost in a rental car and truly drove around for over hour) its truly where i want to be and feel happy and become the person i once was when i lived in fort lauderdale for 20 years and not the person i been feeling like since i moved back to my hometown of Houston
