thanks for this, it's been a hard couple weeks but interesting. I was in bed here when I got calls from the US telling me at 5am. I'm just glad I was already here in Mysore so that I was able to take part in his cremation, in all the various ceremonies the last one of which was yesterday. It was a complex relationship but a relationship none the less and the grief is real...
