Technique, finesse, endurance, and the top roll. John Brzenk has made a career out of beating guys bigger and stronger than he is. Larratt is big, but he goes against guys with more muscle mass all the time. He's the smarter competitor. Find a way to isolate certain muscles, and make them overpower you from a position of weakness.
First of all, Voevoda hasn't pulled since 2007. An in-shape Larratt would crush him right now. Speaking of which, Larratt's right arm is still recovering from surgery. Devon also doesn't participate in tournaments anymore. He's a big advocate of the super-match format; much like boxing and MMA, he wants arm wrestling to become a match-specific combat sport with feature matches and an undercard. Leave the tournaments for the mid-card grinders.
I slipped on Travis Bagent cause I'm bad ass...I got in the strap with Travis Bagent because I'm bad ass. I love both of your shorts and I liked your positive attitudes. You both made me feel like I was the guy remodeling his house next door. Can you tell that guy to stop working on his house while you guys talk? I will pause your video while you go talk to him...he has a drill or a leaf blower going....its really hard to hear you guys while he is making all that noise.... thanks guys.
I have a hard time finishing with top roll (The lower half). I feel strong all the way through with the hook. How can I get stronger from gaining control with the top roll all the way to the pin?

In a recent interview he said he is in contact with Cyplenkov and both are interested to make it happen this or next year.
