This was me doing the role play, hahaha. I can't even express how nervous i was to step in the box with Edward, better yet in front of an audience of agents. Im new to sales, but i put pride aside and took a swing to find out about myself. I appreciated all the constructive criticism from the community and this opportunity.

Should do a video on How To Get the client to talk and make them give info, without even knowing it. He wasn't excited in my opinion, couldn't feel the "passion" in his voice for the product he was attempting to sell. Needed more sincerity, and more words less ummms. Excitement breeds curiosity. Nervousness brings doubt from the client. Can't be nervous
