Right click on the file, choose open with paint, press Ctr+W, type 10% in both height and width, ok the save file. It will reduce size of the file then go to Excel, Data>Data from picture
This looks complicated. Just use =SEQUENCE (range of numbers) e.g. =SEQUENCE(50) gives you a list of numbers 1-50.
What if it's 25 to 50

In Home , you can see a option Fill. Just click on it , then click series. Then do fill required start and end serial numbers( HFIS)
