I applaud the Gettysburg Foundation on the great video content being added to You Tube. This lecture is one of many fine contributions, like the battlefield walks, showing of artifacts, remembering the soldiers who fought on both sides, etc. Proud to support the Foundation.
I wonder if Gary has ever given any thought about how we can save the statues that are being taken down across this country. He is so knowledgeable about the civil war, and it would be nice if he could use his talents to talk to some of the Governors of states like VA. to have the Confederate statues that are cut up, and rotting on the ground at the city of Richmond's waste water treatment plant and have them put back up in civil war battle field sites. Someone needs to address this issue.
