I called with a problem with my Jura F9 brewing smaller and smaller quantities. The technician explained to me how to descale the espresso side of the machine. This fixed the problem! Free advise that worked and he didn't try to sell me anything, even though I asked about changing parts to fix the issue. Wonderful people!
I have a Jura F9 that we have had for like 8 years and absolutely love it. It has started to leak from the hot water stem and sounds like it is laboring to empty the grounds after each cup of coffee. Is it possible for us to send you the machine and have you recondition it and replace the seals? Can’t live without it.
Replacing the heating element won't make much difference. Run multiple descaling cycles to flush out calcium sediments from water lines and heating element.
