Baroness Hooey gives me hope that not all Labour MPs are irresponsible, heartless, self-seeking Marxists like the ones currently in the front bench. She was also, like so many long-term socialists, a confirmed Brexiteer. The Tories were, as a party, never all that keen on Brexit, which is why they failed to deliver it properly. If Labour had kept Kate Hooey and Lee Anderson in prominent positions, the Labour Party with genuine socialists in charge may have done a better job of it.

We have become an over expensive, over taxed, over paid and under productive country . The government has made energy far too expensive to be competitive in the world. Look at Tata that is building a new coal smelting plant in India because its too expensive in the UK. We will now have to import steel at a much higher price increasing prices.
