The years of pent-up resentment due to constant torment and mistreatment by Stephanie are unleashed as Brooke goes head-to-head with her nemesis in order to protect Rick from her outrageous accusations. Rick confesses his misdeeds to Eric and receives an unanticipated reaction. A visit to the crash site seems like the remedy to gain closure for losing a loved one, but an unexpected a phone call triggers the reality of the loss.
A chain of events caused this not just Rick this whole family has come after one another over any and everything.
How did Eric feel comforting his son and trying to convince him that he wasn't at fault for killing his granddaughter.

OUTSTANDING performance by Susan Flannery a/k/a Stephanie, Ronn Moss a/k/a Ridge and Hunter Tylo a/k/a Taylor! They always take it home and completely every storyline with greatness.
I know this was especially hard for Hunter who not to long ago lost her son Mickey!😢
The storyline between Rick and Phoebe/Stephi is disgusting, its inc*st, they have the same blood
Taylor has a huge part in Phoebe being hurt and angry. She should NEVER had gotten involved with Rick. And nobody is blaming her??? I blame her and Rick for being too selfish.

That's not true! Rick went after Phoebe twin little sister (Steffy) and kissed Steffy. Steffy slap the hell out of Rick and immediately told Phoebe so Phoebe got in Rick's car at Forrester Creations and kicked his ass and Phoebe asked Rick to pull over and stop the car instead Rick kept driving reckless and he let go of the stern-wheel killing Phoebe!
What show are you watching? Rick asked phoebe to leave, she came after him. She barged into his car. He offered to dive her to the party. She told him to pull over and at the same time was grabbing the steering wheel, there was nothing Rick could have done.
Rick wasn’t driving reckless, Phoebe caused the drive to be reckless

Still doesn’t sit well with me that in the year after her own son’s death, they first had Hunter play losing and giving up Baby Jack (though luckily still alive in that God-awful unnecessary storyline), then killing off her child on screen. One of them I can understand. Two? Figure out other ways to energise the canvas and deal with an actress who’s off contract and unavailable. Jeez
Sometimes though when you have personal experience it works in the actresses are at your favor because then they can draw on the realism of the feelings I'm not saying it's a good thing that her son died in real life cuz it is not at all our IP but I'm just saying if you've been through something in real life then it's easier to be authentic with your acting

Phoebe died because she couldn't stand that her own mother fu*cked the man she loved. Stephanie was insane to say that Brooke killed her granddaughter.

Phoebe didn't have her seatbelt on and she did hit him while he was driving

Phoebe is the one that left Rick , Rick was pretty good to Phoebe and love her at one point.

Rick is actually Bridget's full biological brother. They both share the same parents, Brooke and Eric. Phoebe is Bridget's step sister when Ridge and Brooke are married. When they aren't together it's more like Bridget is Phoebe's aunt.
