Stephanie continues her mission to seek justice for Phoebe’s death by pushing the police to conduct a further investigation. Fuel is added to Stephanie’s fire when Steffy provides further information about Rick. Seeing each other for the first time since the accident, Brooke and Ridge feel the tension between them because of the situation of their children. The tension becomes even more intense when Stephanie arrives.
