LOVE the stories told along the trail as you're putting up the signs. The relationships, the history. Makes it really nice for those of us who can't be on the trail ride itself.

If I had the capability to care for Envy I would be there in a heartbeat. I wanted to come and meet her around mothers day but wasn't able. Now I am getting the first of 2 total hip replacement surgeries done on the 12th. I've never met her but I love her.

What a beautiful place you have!! Wonderful how Nate's family is so close and the neighbors are great too it seems! You certainly have some gorgeous horses; I'm jealous (and a bit too old 😁 at 76). I just watch and drool! Oh, how I wish for another chance at this life; you are all blessed and so lucky. 🥲🫂😂 Keep up the good work and the videos! God bless!

As for the locals being nice and allowing the trail ride across their land. Alot can be achieved by just asking nicely. I want to believe that most people are kind if you treat them with respect. Not only do you have a new trail, you may have made some new friends. You can never have too many of those.

What a lovely trail! I'm jealous that I can't ride it with you. The land is so different to the Australian bush with eucalypts, wattles and whatnot I used to ride around when I was able. Those were the good horsey days 🙂 I love Envy, she is such a beautiful, good girl! I'm sure she has stolen hearts from all over the world ♥It was also good to hear Nate talk about the trail as you were driving though. Stay safe 🦘🦘🦘

I loved hearing the stories of family and friends who's land the trail runs through! At one time, about 40 years ago, I could have done that in my hometown with family and friends properties. Now the family members and neighbors have passed away and their children have sold all or most of that property. Some of them to developers who have put in 1 acre or less neighborhoods and completely removed all traces of natural habitats. Going back home is so sad now. You talked about someone who had the best hay but no longer cuts it for sale. The fields still need to be maintained in some way or become a mess along with a fire hazard. Will he let you cut the fields and bale the hay as long as you don't damage them or leave them a mess? Even paying someone to cut and bale for you is cheaper than outright buying hay. I've seen other rescues and stables making these arrangements with farmers who no longer farm their fields.

Although at my age I don't think winters where you are would be very good for me, I also marvel at where some of the Full Circle of Life Rescues are. Such beautiful places rolling meadows and fields, trees, and best of all GOOD neighbors; the kind who will help other neighbors, donate their woods and fields for your ride, and probably a lot more. I have lived now 8 years in SC it is rural but not zoned for livestock, I have only met three of the neighbors. No one seems to be outside anymore and I wonder sometimes if something like a bad hurricane gets this far inland, or a tornado, or whatever would we come out of our homes and help each other, check on each other? Country living in a community where generations have stayed and know each other is a blessing from God. I love watching you all there at Pony Tales, I just wish I had more financial abilities to help a lot more than I do. Great job with your facilities and it is nice you have men around to help do the heavy stuff for you girls. What a nice trail ride that was, so well organized and attended. Some lovely horses, different breeds, some rescued by Pony Tales, and well , the show stopper, the beautiful Friesian stud muffin. That breed first came to my attention on none other than the Dr. Pol Vet series. He has always had two or more. Such an elegant breed for their size. Hard to find one that isn't beautiful! God bless you all there, thanks for filling hours out of my months with fun videos watching all that your doing.

Another amazing episode! Wasp nest: go at night wth blue light. Put bucket over nest (from bottom) and cut off with wide putty knife, sod edger or we’d saw. Put in 5 gallon bucket with a hole in lid (with stopper) and fill with water using hose on high power. Then replace stopper. Afterward, go to former site of attachment on tree. If stragglers remaking nest use small container (in place of bucket) and repeat steps. The smaller number can released elsewhere, with good success if site of attachment is swabbed with tea tree or other repellent essential oil. Make sure to wear coveralls, with tucked socks and hat for removing large nests. Their stings are nasty and they can sting repeatedly, unlike honeybees. Their dormant state at night can usually be used, unless unusually aggressive.
    CAUTION:
Consult extension college or university extension office for community advice, if ANY doubts or consult experienced pest control if concerned about allergies.

What a great event! A lot of work and Organisation. Love the signs you put up, with info on who’s Land they were trekking on. You are so fortunate to have such great neighbors, but not forgetting, it’s you guys being so great to everyone just as much as vise versa.
Ghee, so many people took part with the trek - such an awesome idea and the countryside is breathtaking.
I went on such a trek as I was young in NZ - I loved every minute of it.
Will be exciting to see Nate on Envy. I love Envy - she is such a big girl. She had terrible problems way back, but you guys were always there for her, having the patience of an Angel. Being so wonderful to her. She has come such a long way since then. I am so happy to see her moving around without pain, all healed up - that was a mammoth job you took on. I am so thankful. You all did an amazing job with her. I really hope Nate gets on well riding Envy. I‘m sure he has a great connection with her. I would just love it if Nate were to say, let’s keep her🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. That would be so awesome because she truely belongs with you all. She is living proof of how great you all are at Pony Tales, what you have accomplished.
You have come a long way since taking the horses through the car repair garage lol. Amazing how strong your love and determination was, in making things right and happening surely but slowly building up your rescue to what it is today - you can be so proud of yourselves. You have a fantastic team and everyone works so harmoniously together. It’s fantastic, just fantastic! ❤️

I love that your style of video is so different to Horse Plus. I love Horse plus, they're how i found you guys, i am not being negative about them at all. However it's a different kind of viewing experience here. Horse plus's videos are short and action packed. Your videos are so much longer and all the content is just you guys, doing what you do, day to day. I love that it just feels like you're walking about just capturing your team at work. I loved hearing about Nates history. I love the tracter and hay content. I love the relaxed pace. It feels more like i'm being brought along for the ride. (Pardon the dreadful pun.) Rather than feeling like you've just been given the highlights of a busy week.

Are you talking about where they stopped for lunch? The area they brought water for the horses? That part was onscreen for about a minute? I'm sure they supplied food and water for the horses because I'm sure they stopped for lunch for more than 2 minutes.

Yup! There were plenty of stops for water and anything that was needed for horses and/or riders. Once the ride was completely over, they were all well taken care of.
