I think it's funny because !"when I play the "don't stop me now" my director screams "Don't rush this Part" in time with the music...
My teacher always said "Feet don't fail me now" or someone else would say "Please stop me now"
I play the bells and last week the football field was muddy and stuff so we played this and I fell as we were moving towards the end so the song basically stopped me😂
At the crescendo part with the blasting whole note, our band director named the position the Angry Waluigi 💀 WAAAAAAAAAA

My band did a Queen show this year and this was our second song in the set. I love it so much
One of the other bands did a Queen show and we got to watch them perform a couple times when we went to competitions. It was pretty cool.

This song looks so difficult for trumpets during the first part, but it’s honestly so easy and sounds lovely!

Yeah as a 1st trumpet i noticed it looked really hard but its super easy. my freshman year (last year) the band did the Beatles and cant buy me love was a band favorite. It seemed super hard but it was fun. It was all composed by Matt Connway which means it was challenging but it sounded really nice in the right parts.
