As a French girl, the nutri-score is on the majority of foods here with more nutritionally dense or organic foods being closer to an “A” (even mineral water is an A). I believe it was designed to help people make more nutritious choices at the store (but of course everything in moderation is the French way). BTW love your videos!
OMG the Tony bites look so amazing. I also love your channel you really radiate positivity. and your videos really cheer me up after a long day at college your such a fun `and kind soul also happy belated 30th birthday best wishes from Ireland xxx☘💕💛
From someone who works at waitrose you are missing so many new goodies!!!! You should have definitely tried the Bon mamon cake range, especially the muffins. Kettle crisps also have two new flavours of tomato chutney and chilli crisps / black garlic and sour cream 😇 the list goes on!!
I always enjoy these videos just so I can see some of the different foods that we dont have in Canada. I know we can order online but i enjoy your reviews
I never shop in Waitrose we had one in our village and it shut down before COVID and became an Iceland and I never use that either I'm an Asda girl can do a week shop for under £40 elsewhere it's always like £80+😅💖
As far as I know the nutri-score only compares products from one category. So for example a pizza that is lower in fat, sugar and salt than other pizzas will get an A or B, but that still doesn't mean it's super healthy. It has also been criticized that the score is heavily focused on fat and protein contents. Products high in fat get downrated while those high in protein get uprated. However, the source of fat/protein is not taken into consideration, which means that products containing nuts or olives score very low despite not doing any damage to our health. The nutri-score might be useful once you take its limitations into consideration, but without explanation it can be very misleading and convey a twisted message about healthy eating.
Every UK video right now start with: it's so hot 🥵😂 . Please just get a fan if not a air conditioning,i don't understand why you guys don't try to solve the heat problem and just continue to suffer.
@hadarfiscer8507 I don’t know what country you are from and if air con is standardly built into all houses and apartments but in the U.K, our homes are built to insult and keep heat in. The heat we experienced two weeks ago was not normal and was way above our average in which people did suffer unless you are rich and can afford air con. Our homes are not equipped with air con so we suffer. A fan while good, only blows hot air, mind you our humidity is also high which adds to the heat so it’s not so easy to “solve the heat problem” that comes down to global warming and the U.K continuing to experience weather conditions one cannot control. Just thought I’d shed some light
