Sunken City located in San Pedro, California, is a cliffside location of what was once a small community that was destroyed during a landslide. Today, this secret spot is not so secret. After visiting a few times i thought we would share our experience so you can see it for what it is.

Was only part of the area gated off, or was the whole area you were walking thru supposed to be blocked?
Between the park and the entrance it is gated. when entering, the houses that surround Sunken City have a fenced line

@@Roadtosomethingnew1 I believe the last time I was there was 1999, and it was not gated off.
