I think you have a great heart Clay, always caring about others and still doing so, love the yarns and throwbacks, appreciate the tunes when you do add them. Be good. If you can't, at least stay safe.
cheers, funny as! Kahawai were still about, in Welly - off the wharfs and drydock in 1984, but not as many, and I heard were rare in the late 80s. 86-87 was my time doing mild hard yards, but not as hard as some - as living among redlights on vivian wasnt so bad, have plenty of odd bizzare stories as well, and some best kept anon to this day. ahh good times, shit times, best times - 80s
Went pig shooting in NSW Australia in the early 70’s with a mate who had a stutter, needless to say after 3 days I picked up his stutter and he was really pissed at me . He actually sang in a talent contest on TV!! So there you go. Keep the stories coming man, can’t get enough of them
Great feed...sorry but had to LOL at Sams expense. Really needed this!!! Keep up the good work..if you ever in or near Rotorua we hold a Blues Club jam night on first Wed of the month at Rotorua Citizens Club 7pm.
Ow clay mate that was awesome I was cracking 😂😂 up again not because of Sam but the way you were telling the story. Should call this one clays comedy story I was in stitches the expressions on your face 😂😂 wow thanks 🙏 buddy 🤠Colin 😂🤣🤩
Fck when you were telling the part of the hook in the ear had me in fits of laughter and then the run on his rod holding his ear, hilarious😂🤣 pin his ear, 🤣
Oh man that fish hook story is a crack up up. I've had a similar problem and it always seams to be that one guy in the group that just cant handle. I've seen a documentary when they were teaching kids drums to actually cure their Tourette. Somehow the drum beats would dull the ticks for periods of time...
Fuckenhilariuos. Done the hook thing with fly fisherman 😅😅😅😅😅. I had gerber multi tool in my pocket. I got good laugh. Hard case how skin be so tough yet bleeds so much from gorse and blackberry

Fuck that story of Sam cracked 0:03 me and the mrs up! Loving the stories bro
Yeah back in the day some hard case stuff went down bro. I bet you have plenty of good stories yourself
I was an innocent wee Maori boy growing up around Mot, never indulged or ran into that electric puha in the bush 🙄yeah right!
Tourettes, a stutter and a lisp? Holy heck, poor dude 🤭 another great yarn Mate, the 80's sounds like it was a great time to be alive!
These stories are top tier bro
Your very good mate
My mates father had a terrible stutter. But would sing perfectly in church.
