And learning a foreign language like Chinese, Russian or Arabic - opens many opportunities. The military is the fastest way to advance in life.
No military is not the way to advance in life. My dad served 26 years in airforce doing radar operations and retired as a master sergeant and guess what he had the hardest time finding a good paying job for many years and the civilian employers say he is over qualified all the time until he got the job he just retired from his second career

Some days I was raiding and searching houses. There was maintenance to be done on the vehicle and weapons. Lots of time in the gym. We were attached to 4 different types of units in one deployment.

Make sure you’re in good physical condition so you can get more opportunities and get promoted faster. Don’t take anything in trading personally. It’s meant to suck so you learn to keep your cool while you operate in a hostile environment. It’s important to know that the military might have rules and regulations but it’s mostly run by fragile egos. Learn some of the traits that are symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder. You will need to know these so you can keep cool while dealing with morons that out rank you. 🤷🏻♂️

Perhaps if you actually got to know literally any of them, then you wouldn't be attempting to slander their profession with your libel misinformation propaganda; saying something bad about another is slanderous, writing it down makes it libel, which means lawsuit and legal turmoil ahead; you should think more wisely about what you say about the people who have a copy of nearly every byte of data transmitted on the United States' internet saved for historic significance, stored in their vast databases; they are good people after all.

Army documentation states that 35 is the oldest cutoff point for most army jobs; you likely won't be in the Soldier jobs, though I think I saw somewhere that there was a job or two that accepts people up to 45 years old, if they've got a college degree already; though you would want to look into it extensively yourself, obviously. Being Christian has nothing to do with the army, though they could possibly put you in contact with a chaplain to ensure your minimum religious requirements are met during your employment in the military. You will still likely require passing some kind of physical test, and you will need to meet other requirements too before they can actually accept you; though, if everything works out for you, then you theoretically could possibly join the U.S. military.
