Most of our luck this year was bowfin and pike. A couple bass. Wind was no joke either lol. Where was that rock you thanked? I wasn't up to fishing as much because I was weeks after having my gull bladder out, but I did what I could. So I ended up closer to camp mostly. Tons of blue gill lol.
@@scottwebster7613 hey - anytime out is good! Wind and rain has been horrible this year! The rock is north end about half way up on the right! Hope you’re doing well after the hill bladder came out! The water being so high has changed the fishing up some
@@drluketheduke1531 Recovery is going well thanks. I wanted to take it easy or else I would have driven to the north end of the midway. I mainly fished some bouys near Elizabeth Island. I tried most everything, but managed every catch from the bottom.
My friend has a cabin at the end of fish creek in Pope Mills, caught my PB 7.87lb largemouth 1st time using a pig and jig by where black river runs in👍🐬
I thought it dad will be carrying till you hit your stride. But the I think it's a fish is always a winner, feels like you snagged most times till it starts fighting 😂
