Putting the seadoos in the water at the beginning of the season. Fixing issues that arise from sitting over the winter. Test driving the machines as well.

When making a new key, does the ski need to be present or can you go off a vin number or can the electrical box be sent out? I don’t have anyone in my town to reprogram a lost key 😭
Basically how it works is the key has a number stored in it. When you program a key your are adding that key number to the seadoo computer. So having said that..you really need to have the key programmed with the seadoo. Other option is to send key and computer to someone who has the same model of seadoo that can program keys. You can put that computer in his seadoo and then program the key.
2001seadoo GTX DI the engine starts fine then stales out after 10 minutes . starts but wont stay running but if you hold the throttle it runs what you think is the problem
Hey awesome videos...I have a 2003 xp-di and it was starting up and running great for 10 mins then it's started running like crap...I start it up the next day then same thing....then I started it up and it stalled out now won't start...I think I got it down to fuel delivery system. Does this sound like anything you've seen before? I put a new fuel pump but still no start. It has compression. I got new injectors but those air injectors are pretty expensive do you think I need to replace those as well? I'm the original owner and it only has 55hours. I'm very worried it could be the air compressor is that common? Or just probably the injectors?
Pull the mag end fuel line off the fuel rail and put the pipe in a container . Install the teather and see if you get good fuel pressure. The di engine requires a few tools to diagnose. (Cando pro scanner , fuel pressure gauge. air pressure gauge. ) Most problems are fuel pressure or air pressure.
Well, I have installed my engine and it will not start, not getting fuel I think I should see fuel pumping out of the line that I disconnected at the fuel rail when I plug the key in? I hear the pump running and there's plenty of fresh fuel in the tank but no fuel coming out. So is my fuel pump probably bad? Any help diagnosing this monster, lol would greatly be appreciated, again.
@@SeadooRefurb Yup, you are correct no fuel at all at the mag side of fuel rail, when I put the key on she's dry as a bone. Even though I hear the pump running. Have you had any good luck with the Quantum fuel pumps? Like their HFP501-D1? And again thanks for your knowledge, these DI's are tricky little buggers.
Easy fix. From what I understand...Quantum had a wiring issue and if you purchased the pump with the connector already attached then you need to reverse the black and red wires.

Hi, any chance you have an extra TOPs sensor? I have the same ski and the valve is bad.
I don't have any 4 stroke engine parts as of yet.

If you removed the fuel line on the mag side of the fuel rail and then put on the key…you should get fuel or the pump is bad.
