These don't come from any anime man, they are original characters made specifically for this (and previous) albums by しちごさん（７５３）and ABSOLUTE CASTAWAY. I think they were meant to represent the singers, 霜月はるか (blonde girl) and 中恵光城 (dark-haired girl). At least that's my impression, i could be mistaken.
