It's finally March, which means it's finally time for an Irish whiskey drink! That's right, today we're mixing up an old classic - the Tipperary Cocktail! This drink is over 100 years old, and was originally an equal-parts cocktail created in New York City. I know, though Tipperary is a town & county in Ireland, this drink isn't actually Irish - awkward. Not to worry! My ratios bring the whiskey to the front, so there's no mistaking the Irish influence in this drink! Sláinte!

2 oz. (60 ml) Redbreast 12 year Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Rouge (sweet)
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Green Chartreuse
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Lemon oil for garnish
