Look a little closer the pick up truck is breaking up the drift so the snowblower can munch it up and toss it out of the way, brilliant neighbors team work!!!

My brother lives down a road that frequently gets blown over like that. He ended up finding an ancient grader that he fixed up and he’s been using that the past few years. The neighbours call him all the time to come plow their yards and such. He loves old equipment so he’s in his glory when he opens the road with it. 😊

I like your snow blowing videos. Looks like you have had your fair share of seat time this year. This is why I prefer using a blower to a blade. The blade creates high banks at the road side if it can't be pushed back far enough allowing it to drift easier. The blower gets it away from the edge of the road. It's neat to see the night time snow blowing with your lights on. I bet you enjoy your cab in those conditions😀.

That pickup truck with the plow is NOT helping really. He's just pushing snow around only

I was thinking the same thing. Would have been much more practical for the snow blower to just eat away at the sides. The truck just created more work.

Damn, if this happens often I would be looking into getting a snow fence put up. Moving a lot of snow with that little Deere tho! I gotta x758 with the 54” and a soft cab. It’s throws it good. I’ll get a vid posted soon. Stay warm out there!

My guess the snow plow is taking the snow bank off the edge the roads so they dont pile up to high the the snowblower shoots that snow up and ovee in the grass beyond

you should actualy blow the snow from where the wind mostly comes from to create a windrow/hump of snow so that the drifts stop there and will have alot less of drifts in the road, we used to do it all the time on the farm with our old 50 hp john deere ..... just my 2 cents

I installed a diesel air heater when the cab was 1st installed, thinking I'd remove the cab every spring, Wich I don't, looking back now, I'd probably install a regular heater. This one works till about -20 with 40 mph winds... thanks for watching

I use a small heater mounted on the roof of my cab for my John Deere 322 and it is working rather well, heats up the cab to about 25 Deg C above outside temperature.
The radiator on the 322 is small, but restricting air going through it via a plexiglass sheet in front of the screen compensate for the heat lost via the heater.
Snow blowing with a heated cab tractor if very addicting, I'm sure you'll agree...
Here is the inside of my cab in an interactive 4K 360 deg video:

I have a x738 with a 60” blade. I tried my neighbors same model with the blower. I prefer a blade so much more vs a blower. Much much faster with no blow back. Now we don’t don’t get the same drifts that this guys does otherwise I’d have both. The blower is better for cutting a path around and near the house and cutting edges but for shear volume a plow works the best for 90+ percent of our Minnesota snow.

For that small blower you are going too fast. You need to let it catch up with the overpower the back and side of the blower. The rpms change when the blower boggs down. It can't handle the deep snow like his big brothers.
