Its cuz he recorded a "live" track. U can hear him when his lips arent moving as he also sings over it. Wouldnt be possible otherwise. Too many words at that tempo. Even Mercury had to breath

No, that's just the harmony. Freddie doesn't usually do the higher parts live, and Roger has a much higher register, so he usually does it.
For example, in almost every performance of We Are The Champions besides Live Aid, Freddie goes down an octave in the choruses and Roger does the high part.

I used to play the piano for four years and I assure you that it is extremely difficult to play the piano and sing. Freddie is one of a kind and one hell of a performer!
It's not any harder than playing the guitar and sing, or playing the drums and sing though. Plus it's definitely not impossible.

Just a different level. Puts into perspective how raw talent out-guns post-production and everything else that masks what is real. Amazing song, amazing artist, amazing performer, and with no vocal lessons too. Ever. I thought I could play this on the piano well, but sometimes you just need a quick kick in the teeth (this video) to realize just why people like this become as famous as they do. I love the fact that the long mike he carried and strutted with originally came from a defective mike stand at an early performance. Rather than let it slow him down, Freddie just acted like it was planned.there's never been another front man to even come close to him.

This video was made during the tests before a concert in Brussels in 1979. Live Killers was one of the first records I bought and I appreciated your effort to put together live shows of that period. It's a shame that there are no live DVDs of those years. The "Rare Live" vhs was full of mistakes. Luckily, there is plenty of material right now on UA-cam.
