Honestly this wouldn’t be hard to patch at all. They’d literally just need to have an auto-save the moment the you gain control of Gregory after getting out of Freddy and that’ll kill save warping. Whether or not Steelwool think to do that though is another matter entirely.

I believe some people have caused this glitch to happen accidentally and it basically softlocks the game on a fresh install. Putting an auto save directly after that cut scene ends is better for standard play through anyway, it means you don’t have to keep sitting through the entire opening dialogue again if you die before saving.
Question: What happens if a new player, that just booted up the game, falls out of bound? Will he load a random Dev save somehow? Or the game just dies?

A few months prior to release they should have been well into play testing the completed game. This game needed another full year in the oven. A few months wasn't going to make any difference.

you said that you dont want to do a security breach blindfolded because saves don't reset camera position, but I think hiding spots do. if you ever think of it I suggest you test that.

I tried to do this myself and damn near had a break down. The jumping is so hard and this is only my first try, and whenever I land on top of that door frame the room always fucking loads so instead of clipping out of bounds I get trapped. Maybe I'm just tired but dammit it nearly made me cry trying to do this shit.
if it loads then ur too far to the left u gotta be farther right on the door frame so it doesn't load the room on the other side u can practice it first by going slowly and even crouching if u need too
That's pretty much most of the any% and OOB categories. The most popular category in security breach is vanny ending OOB and that doesn't collect any badges
while this technically works in 1:43 it has a pre-requisite to have already beaten the game and relies on other save files to even function, as far as i'm concerned the time from the previous run should be attached to the 1:43 since it's impossible to do that "strat" without it.
