Hey Bill, happy new year man.I never have used flashers and dodgers but am going to try specially for lakers in Lake Champlain. What is a good set up and leader length, flashers, lures and best speed to troll these. Ty
Any of the 8" inch flashers that we highlighted in the video. We run flies 21" inches behind the 8" inch flasher. The "UV DRAGON", "FAT NANCY" or "MEAT MARKET" should be good choices. Fishing them between 1.7 and 2.2 knots should do the trick! Good to see your name pop up!
We fish 30lb. test Trilene BIG GAME co-filament line. The 30 lb. test line helps keep the fresh water fleas off your trolling lines in the heat of the summer.
Great video...learning alot
Great video B3

Is that the regular 50lb Big Game Line or the Big Game Leader material that you are tying those flies with?
Regular Big Game
Good job Bill! What’s the 2024 Forecast?
