How To Make Homemade Christmas Trifle - The Easiest Recipe Ever!

Ingredients
1 Pkt (85 Grams ) of red jello/jelly crystals
Mixed berries
1 Pkt (85 Grams ) of green jello/jelly crystals
1 Cake
1/4-1/2 Cup of sweet sherry
Vanilla Custard
More mixed berries
600ml of whipped or whipping cream
Blueberries & strawberries to decorate

If you replace berries in the middle layer with tinned peaches (or the mixed fruit salad) you'll have a winning recipe. Custard + sweet, soft tinned fruit = crack!

Almost like how the Italians make it in Australia, they just dont put the second layer of jelly though. And we put Fruit in the bottom layer with the Jelly. As for the Cake, we normally dont break it up so much but we do use Sherry mixed with the fruit juices. Good to see someone else doesnt put cake at the base. Yeah!!!
