    Beef Curry "But Lazier" :
    2x can of Beef Stew
    1x box of Golden Curry blocks
    1tbs of starch (optional)
    Microwavable white rice
    Add 2 cans of beef stew and 1 can of water to pot. Add all of the curry blocks, bring to a boil. Mix 1tbs corn (or any) starch in a separate cup with warm water and stir. Slowly stir starch mixture into curry, stew and water mix. This can be skipped for a more soupy curry. Reduce heat and let simmer for 3 - 5min. Microwave rice and put on plate. Pour stew curry like gravy over rice and enjoy.

      really? soy sauce chicken is super common

    • @dirtysnow6662
      @dirtysnow6662 8 місяців тому

      @@swee7roll there are different segments of Korean food that are so contrast to each other in general. You have hot pot that can burn your face off (dukboki) and dishes are that meant to be served cold, like cold soba noodles for the summer. The first time I visited Korea we went to a restaurant that was pretty mushroom based and served mushroom hot pot with like 6 different kinds of mushrooms. My mom makes Korean fried chicken with a gochujang based sauce that gives it the signature deep red color, but at the end of the day it's just what I'm used to. So in reality its pretty hard to mess up fried chicken on its own but when you find a good Korean Fried chicken place you can spot the differences in quality like any restaurant. Really the only trait that I can think of that stands out as Korean cuisine is the fact that have a lot of bowls in one table so you can grab whatever you want to put into your own bowl.

    The reason the chicken looks dark and have yellow fats is because you bought an older chicken,they usually have a heavier taste contrasting the more mild in comparison refreshing taste of younger chicken hence the sulphur taste picked up(deep intestines flavour),or maybe your chicken has gone bad alittle

    • @joddle23

    This recipe is indeed easy!
    For 'But Lazier' series, maybe try some challenging recipes like baklava. Orrrrrr traditional Asian recipes like from those Chinese-countryside-youtubers such as Liziqi who make lots of gorgeous dishes where you need 10+ ingredient list and a hundred hours for one dish? But the main thing I'm interested in is actually cooking any dishes (especially desserts) with as few plates/pots/pans/bowls as possible. Even with the dishwasher, I hate the cleanup. I find cooking fun and usually don't care as much about the time or effort as I care about how easy/hard it would be to get the kitchen cleaned after I'm done.

  • @pepperbird67657
    @pepperbird67657 10 місяців тому +9

    Not only does the chicken still look radioactive, I saw water droplets leaving the chicken bowl when you were pouring water into the bowl, have fun with your salmonella countertops

      Yep, that's why you're not supposed to watch chicken. And that's just the water droplets we can see.

      Should’ve had the bowl in the sink to avoid that and use vinegar + lime/ lemon juice to clean it. Not just have it in a bowl of cold water for 2 seconds. Then a deep clean for the kitchen
