      MSRA is a MCQ exam and required for ST1 application to multiple specialities - GP, Radiology, surgery, anaesthesia etc. preparation is by doing online Qbanks

      MRCP is a viable option but I don't know how you will pass the exam without any general medicine experience. Why are you not doing PLAB?
