Glad you did a tour of The Colosseum! I have found that joining a tour gives so much information, history and sometimes local stories to the location we are visiting. I even suggest doing tours in museums - we have found them to be enjoyable and it to add so much to the trip.

We've booked a HOHO bus via NCL, but we're wondering if that's needed.

Why was the trevi fountain turned off? I didn't see them cleaning. They normally do that early in the morning

When I visited the Trevi fountain in 1997, we were able to stand/go down right by the water. I wonder why they changed it to people so far back?
