Do a scalp scrub regularly and use a sulfate free natural shampoo...Oil your hair twice in a week before shampoo..Eat iron rich /protein rich food or supplements ....
@@muskaanpriya i am using sulphate free natural shampoos only and i dont use any heating tools or other chemical based products. But it falls that much . I dont know what to do 😢. I will increase my protein intake as you said . Thank you so much for replying.
