I would go with Haxorus simply because, who doesn't like Haxorus? The design could use some changes however like why are the nostrils not shown, and there's too much black on this and not enough silver coloring referencing the Steel type: it's good enough, but just a few tweaks to appeal to my taste. Kalosian Magcargo isn't a bad choice of a regional variant, I would like to see a few others such as Ekans and Arbok, Vileplume, Smeargle, and Bitzle and Zebstrika. I think Zangoose and Seviper should receive Mega forms however and also I would like to see pre-evolutions for them in another video for pokemon who should have gotten pre-evolutions (similar to your if Pokemon evolved further videos).

Gumshoos and/or Yungoos should have Fighting/- Variants since Fighting = "Justice" and "Law"/"Good" Type With an Evolution that has longer fur that acts like a Sheriff's duster coat and a classic Sherlock Holmes cap or even a cowboy's hat out of the "blonde" fur on its head.

Kalosian Haxorus would actually be perfect for France. Let me explain. There's a type of axe known as the Francisca. This axe was wielded by the Franks, who lived in the area of France during the early middle ages.
I’ve seen a pretty cool design of Haxorus as a potential Mega recently. This Kalosian variant design of Haxorus though, it’s also 🔥! Kinda reminds me of Bisharp with those blades on its head and arms, which is cool.😉👌🏽

Kalosian Magcargo makes the most sense and would certainly give a breath of viability to it with a type combo not really seen despite being around for a decade now. I'd probably see more a Kalosian Watchog with that typing over Gumshoos if we take trends into consideration. For Kalosian Haxorus, I'd imagine seeing it more as a Dragon/Rock type over the presumed Dragon/Steel design that you had going for it but not necessarily mentioned.

I would love to see a Steel/Fire Charcadet EVO. Just imagine a Lance Knight. Cheff Kiss. And a Fairy/Fire Evo as well. As Fairy is associated with food, we could get a Charcadet Cheff Evo.

If Gumshoos were to get anything, it would be a Normal/Fighting or Pure Fighting-Type EVOLUTION. The Fighting-Type acts as a “Good” or “Justice” Type to balance/beat Dark-Type’s “Evil” or “Bad”/“Corrupt” Type. It would be a Hero, with the detective cloak-fur growing out longer into a duster coat or even a cape. It would lose Strong Jaw in favor of Justified or possibly Intimidate(?) (Keeping Stakeout) It would also then more mirror Zigzagoon//Obstagoon in Galar instead of just Rattata & Raticate in Alola. Gaining the “Hero” Type gives it 4x Damage against the ruffian Variants, and breaks the mold. (+80~95? BST +Atk +Speed; -SpA -Def?)
Imagine if instead of a Magcargo form, we instead (or additionally) get a regional evolution for Sliggoo named "Escargoo". I just hope that if we get a new Magcargo, it's shiny is closer to Slugma's shiny than the original one.

After the disappointing quantity of new Regional Variants in Scarlet and Violet (seriously, we only got TWO. Technically, 4 if you count Blazing Breed Tauros and Aqua Breed Tauros), I really hope we get new Kalosian/Lumisian Forms, alongside new Megas.
Im surprised u didn't mention the French history of the guillotine as a possible inspiration for Kalosian haxorus as the guillotine was a primary source of execution during the time of the French revolution
As usual I have some thoughts on these designs Magcargo has a great concept, and the fire water combo is something we could all use more of. I do think you should edit the shell to make it look more softer (perhaps like clay) because it still looks like a fire rock type to me. I think you should also edit part of it's head because it resembles it's prevo, and this looking more like a split evolution I have no issue with the designs of Gumshoos and Haxorus, but would it kill you to be more creative? I mean Haxorus's and it's type choice practically writes/draws itself, and I think you could give us a regional variant of their prevos as well
Regional form for Magcargo looks great but honestly its "johtonian" form needs to evolve! I'm playing mono rock type on Pokemon X and Magcargo instead of being clutch fire type, it just dies everytime! 😭 Too slow, not strong enough to OHKO when supereffective, not bulky enough to resist its weaknesses even though I EV trained it. Eviolite would help if it gets to evolve in the future. That fire/water type combination would be fantastic for its evoluiton! 😚🐚🔥💧

These look awesome! One criticism tho, that Haxorus has no reason for being in Kalos. You said it yourself, it has no direct french ties. It has a vague connection to Europe with the axe thing, but that is no reason for it to be in Kalos. France is not a representation of all of Europe, Europe is so much more than France. Why isn’t it in Galar or Paldea? They are based on England and Spain, both of which are also in Europe. I think Kalosian Haxorus reasons for existing are extremely weak. But that doesn’t take away from how cool it looks

I have a theory on what pokemon get a regional form in legends games 1 its from the gen before or after the origonal gen the region is from or its a gen 1 pokemon
As much as I love regional forms I don't like when regional forms take away the fire type because you know as cute as alolan foxes are fire types are by far the rarest of the starter types at most you'll get a dozen for region so it's pretty upsetting when the regional forms want to take that away from some of the Pokemon they have there so I love that you let's magcargo keep that type but made it into water-based snail so it could have that cool design and awesome type combo

Hoops has brought this up in past videos, but you basically got it correct. He's really into Basketball and Music. His channel got its start remixing music. It's how I found him all the way back in 2013. His Zelda music remixes were on point!

I came up with HoopsandHipHop cause I'm into basketball and music, and it sounded kinda catchy lol, and I also began my channel doing video game music remixes. From there, my channel evolved into what it is now, and now everyone knows me as Hoops so it just kinda stuck lol.

Haxorus should get a mega evolution...it's Iris's signature pokemon, and most champions have mega evolutions. Even Lance has one as he uses mega charizard x in let's go...
Still iffy on Pokémon that can be found in Kalos already getting kalosian forms. I know we have similar stuff with sneasel in sinnoh but hisuian sneasel in hisui which is just sinnoh in the past but I don't have a problem with it. It's not sinnohian sneasel so it doesn't contradict previous games where sneasel isn't the regional variant in those games. The fact that it's hisuian and hisui is still a different enough region from what it is in modern day makes it believable enough for me not to have an issue with it. If we got kalosian forms of Pokémon that were regular forms in X & Y I feel like it would get confusing. I still love the ideas especially Kalosian Magcargo being fire/water.

It's not sinnohian sneasel so it doesn't contradict previous games where sneasel isn't the regional variant in those games. The fact that it's hisuian and hisui is still a different enough region from what it is in modern day makes it believable enough for me not to have an issue with it. If we got kalosian forms of Pokémon that were regular forms in X & Y I feel like it would get confusing.
I still love the ideas especially Kalosian Magcargo being fire/water.
How about new evolutions for Karrablast and Shelmet, similar to how Scyther got a new evolution in Kleavor
