I'm a big fan of Somali tea or what I call camel tea. So, I gave it a try using the following method:
    1. Boiled 1 litre of pasteurized camel milk + tea masala spice separately
    2. Brewed tea leaves in 1.5 cups of water separately
    3. Poured the brew in the milk and brought it to a boil
    Q. Was my method correct?
    Q. It had a bitter taste. Why? 😭😭😭
