Some really great finds, young man! Not sure about the shell casing...if it has an "H" stamped into its base it's most likely a Henry which, I think, were .44 caliber... can't remember exactly. The buttons are just too cool! The Scout token is really old... probably the 20's?? As for the "shot" dime...im not too sure on that. Every shot coin I've ever found was popped clean through, even the.22's...they all put holes in them. I'd almost say that coin was worked into that shape for some reason...maybe making a baby ring??? But great finds...love seeing history saved! Congrats!! I hope Emma is doing well and I hope she finds some time to get back out with you soon! As always, thanks for sharing your hunts... very much appreciated! Take care, be safe and God bless!
Excellent bunch of hunts my friend. The fact that you (and many others I'm sure) have been to these sites and you keep popping out silver and more shows how good you are at what you do. Patience, hard work and mastering great equipment will keep the finds coming at those places- awesome job!
Great finds there! I would definitely hit some of those spots again. That is an interesting frame. Sweet eagle! I have 2 and they are just recognizable. Great buttons 😍 Wicked happy hunting 👊
"Wow, in a spot that we pounded". LOL I hear that a lot about both the Manticore and the Deus II. Glad your catching on. One of these days I may join you. Gotta Love It!
How's it going Mike. Hope the family is doing well. Congrats on the Flying Eagle Cent 2 Mercury Dimes and Wheaties. Beautiful Military Button and Flower Button. Love the Good Luck Token and Badge. Killer Shot Wheatie. It's amazing how many shot Coins including you Rosie that are out there. Excellent little Hunts there my friend. Take Care Duo Family
Hey Mike, Nice finds! Not positive, but I think your shell casing is a post civil war, 45-70 Government. With those bent coins, I take the wifes Cosmopolitan magazine and put the coin in the middle pages, and then smack them flat with a hammer. All of the pages save the coin from any hammer damage. I'd love to make it out to the east coast as you have so much more heritage than I do here in the upper midwest. Good luck on your future hunts!
I can tell you after being an avid minelab user since they came out I will probably never use anything but the Manticore ever again!! It's a game changer... I'm having to go back and rehunt every place I have ever hunted!!
look mate you have to start holding your finds the right way up. LOL You could start a hardware store or a button shop/ Your shot rosie is a coin that may have been made into a button perhaps ?
@@hardyakka6200 haha, I can’t see as it is and it seems to get worse when I find something. I found a few other shot coins around that spot. Thanks as always

Sweet finds. When do you usually go out? I just picked up the Nokta Legend, haven’t swung it much yet and looking to get out
