I was walking past Linden trees today imagining the beauty of their summer blossoms and the lovely lure of the blossoms on this November day of bare branches. Then I see this beautiful video on linden. Thankyou! 🌸
if you have dry linden how much is a good amount for one cup of tea ? for example I got a handful of linden ( I think that was alot) poured kettle water over it and let it sit for 15-20 mins and drank it and it sure relaxed me out
Thank yall for this series!! Iv know about nourishing herbal infusions for a while. Life has happened iv gotten a bit lazy. This is a great reminder of how wonderful they are ☺️
Thank you for all the information, much appreciated. Here at my Senior Living Community I have found several Lindens. Did I miss your instruction on the amount of FRESH flowers per quart? Is it still a 1/2oz. fresh herb per quart?
I have enjoyed this tea series. I love that linden was specifically chosen as it's not usually spoken about on its own. I have made an infusion in the past and now understand how to make a double infusion. I will be giving this a go again, especially since I'm on a low dose bp med and have some inflammation in my hip and shoulders.
Linden infusion is seriously one of my favorites. I try to throw it in the rotation as much as I can. Glad you're enjoying the series, Sandra, more videos coming soon! ~Mason
