While room heaters are must in winter season in some parts of India like north states, it is important that we should understand its impact on health.
Especially for babies room heaters can be harmful if not chosen properly, so after my research and review I recommend to have oil fin room heater for baby or children at home.

Also room heaters cause some health issues such as -
1) Suffocation feeling
- this is due to reduction in oxygen concentration in rooms. which happens due to expansion of air due to higher temperature
- another thing is that if you use coal heater or gas heater then oxygen burning may happen which will cause uneasy feeling due to carbon monozide content
2) Nose dryness
- this is due to reduction in humidity which can be addressed by keeping a bucket of water in room
3) Fluctuations in room temperature
- This is due to thermal cut off and type of room heater, cheap heaters with only coil or coil and fan always cause temperature fluctuations
whereas oil fin heaters are better in terms of constant temperature control in room
So specially for kids and senior citizens - oil fin heaters is better solution which is safe for operation as well as keeps room warmer in descent fashion
where as since most people have low budget they prefer to have radiant type coil heaters with fan where you get good heater in 1000 to 2000 Rupees

Not included since for Indian conditions and requirements carbon fiber room heaters have following issues
