An electric room heater can't decrease oxygen percentage of a room as it works on the heating effect of electric current and for the heating effect of electric current, oxygen has no role. Oxygen will decrease if heating is done by burning fuel as combustion (burning) is an oxidation reaction with oxygen i e oxygen is utilised in burning, hence any burning will decrease oxygen percentage. But an electric heater will decrease humidity by increasing air temperature and humidity is directly proportional to temperature also.

I ask same question to V one also and they agreed and corrected the myths in their latest video of the heater. I am a science teacher and only preferred scientific explanation so that I can understand why my understanding is wrong.
