hopefully the dad lets his ex's dad see his grandkids after he gets custody. I have Bipolar and taking someone off their meds can have lethal consequences if you get what I mean... @@JafferR0shak I mean, you're technically right, but personally I've heard enough stories of scumbag lawyers who would've pitched a fit that it's kinda nice to hear. NTM how casual opposing counsel was about it shows it wasn't just canned words, but they meant it. Can't really fault them either, though, or not too much - got a little big for their breeches and needed knocked down a peg, but at the same time their client purposefully withheld crucial information that left opposing in a bad spot.

story 11 reminds me of this story i heard about a guy that kept being dragged to court over an unpaid gas bill the problem? the guys house didn't have a gas line the gas company kept dragging him to court over a bill for something he couldn't get, when it was proven in court he didn't have a access to a gas line they tried to forcibly install one and charge him for it when that didn't work he thought it was finaly over only for another ridiculus gas bill to come through dragging him back to court, fortunately he got the same judge for proving he didn't have a gas line, for not wanting a gaslight installed and for the new bill needless to say at this point the judge was pissed and took the case himself and sued the gas company for malicious prosecussion.

Story 12: if the guy is so lacking in morals he'd gladly lie to get an innocent man convicted of a sex crime, he likely also did something where he deserved to be fired, as this sounds like he had a "you can't get away with punishing me" mindset. I hope the worthless waste of oxygen finds himself in a similar situation position to the innocent man who's life he was ready to ruin, but doesn't get help.

Well, I searched reddit for you and found the original post, and here is the outcome :
The ex-husband's lawyer was reported to the bar (not sure what happened there). The Judge order a review of everything and arranged for a new lawyer for the ex-husband. It was looking like the alimoney would be vastly reduced and the ex-husband was going to get custody. But then the ex-husband died (blood clot) two months later. Years of being screwed over, finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel, but ended up being the wrong light at the end of the wrong tunnel.
