CORRECTION: Bengals WR Tee Higgins still has not signed his franchise tender and is not expected to by next week, per source. This would make him ineligible to report back to the Bengals in time for their organized team activities next week. Higgins cannot rejoin the team until he signs.
Yeah Tee won't sign the tag until sometime during training camp and that's when he'll show up to practice

Sadly in the nfl, where you wanna go means nothing. Tee is on contract this upcoming season. He has till July 15th to sign his tag or he gets fined heavily for every day he doesn’t. Then the bengals could franchise tag tee for the next 2 years. Meaning he wouldn’t hit free agency till 2027. It’s really not in the players control at all.
He will make the money he deserves by going to the Patriots.
And never winning a playoff game again 🤷🏻♂️
