Aha!... that's what I forgot to mention 🤦🏿 I knew I forgot something important lol. No, I didn't add the Asian Pear. Ended up eating it all during the shoot 😅 You can use either the pear or the peach. Forgot to mention that. Both will work too. The pear is crunchier and fresher (adds a feel of freshness). It also oxidizes (turns brown) quickly, so add it right before serving. Thanks for bringing it up 🙏🏿
🤣😅 I know right? Trust me, it's not easy to find it anywhere. For now, just skip the recipes with ingredients you can't find. I'll start cooking with more accessible ingredients. That way everyone can make my recipes.
