M1 is good joice imo, because it still has nice range and another fun factor is that it's zoomable. Which version - depends on your taste to tint. If you like warmer CCT, choose high CRi 519a version and if you want you can dedome leds to have it even warmer. If you like higher output and cold white light choose 6500K version. Me personally I bought high CRI version twice and dedomed both.

interestingly, if an LED had been installed in m1 instead of a laser, would the result have changed? It just seems that LEDs shine better than a laser if they are focused into a narrow beam.
I'm really confused between the two, but I like m1, it's a beautiful and control the lens of light, but m2 x is better in light range and intensity. What do you advise me?
hello there, I think you are wrong: M1 beats M2 and M2-X in range 3 times! Zoom feature in LEP (throw) module can be adjusted between 500-1500m range in my eyes. I think if you don't kind budget that M1 MAO is you light there ✌️ I just ordered 3rd one in marbling white coating too, waiting for it to be arrived soon.
check out some tutorial na YT how to dedome nichia 519a - there are some good guides over this process to make it safe. I never thought it will be so easy. Here if unscrewed the bezel, took off optics and just dedomed it with side of hair sponge.

LED would be brothter at closer range, while LED provides longer ramge and imtensity while focused

Which one do you end up using more? M1 or M2X?
M1 all the time, not using M2 at all
How do you dedome the M1 and is there any downside? I can see it gives it a much nicer warmer colour. Would appreciate guidance.
