What should I do with a spare £11,000? Overpay mortgage or something else?
Overpaying a mortgage is a waste of money. Invest it into a SS ISA.

@@charlotteh8174 what makes you say it is a waste of money? Easy to lose money on SS ISA. Do you have SS ISA?
Put it all on red
You talk about a lot of banks i've never heard of before. Banks that do not have high street stores either.
Can you do a video on how to verify a bank website/app is real please?
They will be listed on the website. If he is talking about it they are usually legit. If it is some random one maybe not worth trying.
Most banks are closing their branches except for Metro and Nationwide (building society). Banks are licensed by the FCA and protected by the FSCS.
@@anarchodandyist His website is a random website. It's not a government website, therefore it cannot be trusted.
I wouldn't transfer my life savings to a website claiming to be a bank just because a UA-camr linked to it.
I assume there must be a government website that lists verified bank firms and their domains names.
Be-how u doing?! nice - 💥
Hello Andy,
Why is NatWest reward card not one of your to 3 best pick for reward cards. If you use it with a reward current account. You don’t get charged and you get up to £3 from having the reward current account.
I think you’ve misunderstood. The credit card costs £24 per year which is refunded IF you have the reward current account. The £3pm charge for the current account is not waived due to the credit card. That’s my understanding.
@@GeorgeWilson-xg6js the fee for the account is refunded if one has a reward account. The reward account is also £24 for the year at £2 per month but you can easily get £5 as reward so that cancels out and leaves you with £3 reward.
So, with a reward current account and reward credit card you more or less get £3 monthly and 1% on supermarket transactions.
@@GeorgeWilson-xg6js the current account pays £5 but there's a £2 charge so you make £3
Zilch gives you 2% back
How's Zilch? I couldn't find any authentic reviews of the card
@@madhavarora1641 It's quite good, you link your bank card with the Zilch card and everytime you spend with the zilch card you get 2% back and its immediately.
