It's hard sometimes to balance keeping up someone's enthusiasm for nature when they spot a grey squirrel with the knowledge of all the harm that squirrel could be doing here!

I felt the same when I realised that house sparrows are invasive elsewhere and people really don't like them. In the UK they're on one of our highest priority lists for bird conservation because they're suffering such huge declines, so it feels odd that other places would want rid of them!
