From what I've heard the lack of sodium makes it a bad energy drink. It's arguably the most important electrolyte and is in extremely low quantity. And then they are using cheap low quality sweeteners that are known the be unhealthy even though they're selling it for such a a high price
I didn’t know that. You’re a smart guy. Yeah it has aspartate and a few other recognizable sweeteners. I know other name brand drinks have it so it didn’t strike me as bad bad.
For such a high price I do expect better product. Hopefully the price goes down with time.

The drink isnt super nutritious(also not s nutritionist), while the sodium is higher, its still really low and apparently they have a ton of potassium! I think people under estimate how much salt your body can handle but this is still unnecessary!
The only upside is the low calories and BCAA(not bad but not super effective either), plus diet soda is like 0 calories!
But apparently Prime tastes good so theres that going for it!
Gatorade isnt a good energy drink either tbf!

You're on the wrong tab when viewing those UK companies, "Officers" makes up the board of the company, whereas "Persons with significant control" are the actual significant shareholders (of which Prime in the UK has none - that's what the "statement" shown currently means)

One thing for sure ksi and logan doesn't own more than 51% in the brand..like why would their manufacturer take all the risk just for manufacturing it.

They never said out right that they're 50/50 partners in a business venture they founder together. But it was very heavily implied.
I suppose they didn't want people thinking of them as glorified sales rep for a drinks company.

100%. That’s why you have to be cautious when listening to people who get paid to talk to an extremely large amount of people, especially when those same people have orchestrated fake fights between them and made most people think theyre actual enemies, which they evidently aren’t since they “own” prime together
It’s literally impossible for Logan and ksi to know where to start with creating the formula or hire the right people. They’re really poster icons rather than owner or founder. It’s not the first. Even founders of Ben and jerry sold their shares. Maybe prime will be acquire by Gatorade as their end goal. A lot of hype from content creator making videos feature prime as a way to collaborate with Logan ksi, but not so many want to dive in to the behind the scenes like you.
Great work brother, I was looking for something like this. I was really curious about who actually owns prime, but yup after watching this video I am almost 100% sure ksi isn't the one owing more part of prime.

KSI isnt much of a smart business man, hes more of an entertainer trying new stuff! And hes friends with Logan Paul! ... But hes got passion, he should learn from you and stuff!
I partially agree, he has a lot of money and wants to save it for generations. Many people get millions and never invest with it, I can atleast congratulate him on that.

@@AB-ns2tt not really a business move, yes it made bank but thats cuz its popular! The business part of the fight was not done correctly and neither was that boxing (looked like 2 steroidal middle schools got into a school fight... At least the camera man knew how to record it ig!)!
If either Logan or KSI fought good, it would setup any future fights that could be interesting, especially with an interesting style! Kinda like Logan vs Floyd but If youtuber actually stood a chance!
He owns a ton of property in the UK.
What a terrible quality video. Unnecessary transition cards with different volume levels to jar the ears plus the multiple typos. Playing clips of Logan and then repeating word for word what he said as though we did not hear what he said. This video could have been a few minutes long to state the obvious. It is OBVIOUS that they don’t own the entire company themselves. Big companies are hardly owned outright by the face of the companies. Even Elon Musk does not own 100% of Tesla. Even if Logan/KSI own 10% of the brand, it is still an amazing piece of the pie. You implied through your original TikTok video that they are just mascots and now you’re backtracking through an overly long video to take advantage of the fact KSI replied and told you he does make decisions about Prime. Something which if it wasn’t true, would get him in trouble with the stakeholders.
Damn Logan was the real founder while KSI was picked at the last second to be part of prime. Yeah nah KSI does not have any control in Prime he's just a poster boy for them lol
