how many vgc players does it take to screw in a light bulb? none because they all argue back and forth on what the light bulb is gonna do on it's turn.
I thought that the answer would be one to screw in the bulb and one to tell them when they find a better one.

nah, they’ll waste all their move time and it’ll randomly select them throwing the lightbulb on the floor instead
Fun falinks fact!
No retreat only fails if the reason they cant switch is a previous no retreat. This means that it's entirely possible to hit them with a move like mean look and start stacking no retreat boosts.
So if you managed to skill swap shadow tag to your opponents side you could infinitely No Retreat?

Out of all the Pokémon to get an evo I really hoped falinks would have received an evolution instead of duraludon

Why does Duraludon even need an evolution??? It is already a strong Pokémon with a 535 BST and it already looks like a fully evolved second stage 'mon. Although Falinks doesn't inherently need one either, but I'd way rather it have one over Duraludon

The thumbnail, gameplay, commentary and editing are all top tier. Moxie is assembling a dream team and it is definitely being reflected in the content!
The style of this video is pretty fun. I'm sure it was a lot of effort to edit but it's worth it. Really funny stuff, and I like the way it cuts around to more important moments instead of being stream-of-consciousness.
Loving the new style of editing for this! Normally I have to do other things like draw or teambuild while watching ladder content to stay engaged, but this kept me engaged all on its own!

I think everyone was when it first came out 😂. But the Dog proved to be legit. The first Hisuian mon world champion and quite powerful in singles with his powerful stabs with no recoil, a surprising good mon indeed in both formats!
If you use mean look or any other trapping move before no retreat, you can stack NR’s omni boosts. Perhaps you can try that out?

imagine if falinks in a future game gets population bomb, and you can find different length falinks in the wild and depending on the length it does more or less damage. doesnt maushold also do that or am i thinking wrong?

How population bomb works is each individual hit has 90% accuracy,and since those can be turned into basically 100% with wide lens,it gives the illusion of it hitting 10 all the time. It’s different from other multi-hit moves since those are just random number generator, Population bomb is just reliant on accuracy.

You should try a prankster block/mean look and use the move on falinks, because if falinks gets trapped in the field by anything besides no retreat, it can spam the move

No Retreat is such a great move. An Ancient Power boost and phasing immunity, all in one.
My favourite casual gimmick with Falinks is that if you prevent it from switching with Mean Look before using No Retreat, you can No Retreat multiple times.
