Hey Kelly, that cubby hole behind the shifter is actually an ashtray! It looks like this car is fitted with smoking pack. The lighter is in the cup holders, not that you're gonna need it 😅 Love your videos!
That's pretty funny. 80s/90s every car had ashtrays. Now we're so far removed from ubiquitous smoking (in the US anyway) that it didn't even cross her mind
Kelly, congrats on #3 on the way! Always love your videos on utilities for family with young kids. I had such a hard time finding videos to show fitting of car seats for this exact vehicle (I was going to order one), and the car mom video popped today!! You read my mind☺️. Mind if I ask a few questions on the 2nd row: can you still seat two adults comfortably in the back with one car seat on? Also, if you put the car seat in the middle row does it still fit two adults comfortably on both sides? Or how about fitting two car seats and one adult in the back?
Hi Kelly! Are you thinking of doing another video for the Toyota Sequoia now that they are officially out? I'd love to see how things fit in the trunk. Thanks!
My wife’s on her second Cayenne S (full-size), and they’re a lot of fun to drive, they look/sound amazing, but this will definitely be our last. I swear they’re engineered to fail a year or two after the warranty’s up (typical European car, I know). I literally just replaced the AOS on it about 2 hours ago because it failed and was causing all kinds crazy whistling noises. And the transfer cases… Oh god, don’t even get me started… Her last went through 2, and this one’s on #3 (it’s a well-known issue Porsche has addressed… poorly, but it’s been addressed). Not the best car once you have kids either… We have a one yr old, and it feels like a clown car with the 3 of us + one more passenger. In the last 4 years, the warranty work + recall work + me doing odds and ends, the car has cost about $20k to keep alive, and it’s not even 10 years old. Total love/hate relationship, because it is fun to drive when it’s actually driving. We’re looking to dull it down a bit in terms of fun, and going to trade it in on a Lexus LX, which is a much different SUV, but we’re valuing dependability and room over fun at this point. I currently drive a Lexus GS, and though it’s not super sporty and fast, it’s never given me a single problem since 2014. Still would love a 911 one day, but that can wait :)
I've owned 2 Cayennes long-term. A 2009 base Cayenne that I sold at 110k miles, and a 2014 GTS with 120k that we still own today. Both were very reliable until 100k miles, then repairs started popping up, and they do get expensive. The wife is talking about getting another Cayenne to replace the current one. Over all I think Porsche is as dependable as luxury cars get, on par with Lexus - which is a full tier below Porsche in terms of luxury.
Great idea : that public park backdrop, you avoid license plates, people, minors’ faces, brand logos, copyrighted sounds all to reduce the post prod (blur ‘em out) workload while giving the benefit of the city scene (turns out after seeing other reviews with a desolate countryside backdrop I now know I prefer seeing the vehicle closer to civilization) - aspiring UA-camr
To combat that tight space to take the kido out, just get the swivle car seat it rotates to get them out easily. 😅 I have back problems. I have one installed in my Macan
I think it's said it's best to have a child remain rear facing for as long as possible, 4+ years. As convertible seats can be larger than infant, and how one would use such for several years, perhaps testing with such would give a better idea of fitment. That's sort of my criteria for the moment choosing between compact and mid-size.
Hi Kelly, nice Porsche I think it's a dandy. You know you've made it in life when you can be driven in luxury and not only you can transport children you can enjoy the sportiness aspect. Plz reply.
Hi Kelly, I’m not a mom 😂 but I’m following you for about a year now, thanks for the great content please keep going! Could review the 2022 Doge Durango? We are interested in that car for 2 cars seat forward and rear facing. Thanks Kelly
I have a love and hate relationship with the Cayenne. I drive it for 3 weeks each year when we visit our family back in Europe(my father in laws has one). The first day it is uncomfortable, and I just don't like it at all. At the end of the 3 week period after I put about 2500km in it, I want to buy one. :D
for the money it is an over priced shit box for a family... kids will destroy it inside and out. it will be a scratch and dent vehicle when you resell it. no need for an over priced expensive vehicle when raising a family... unless you got money to throw away.
I am not a mom, don’t have kids, but I’ve been obsessed with this channel 😂

yep. i had a cayenne with a smoking package. didn't smoke, but it made me feel like i was driving my dad's car.
In a Porsche I believe it is intended for cigars :)
Yep I agree, it's for the cigs

Wow. It was surprisingly spacious inside!! Much more spacious than a X5.
Awesome Review! I'm loving the hybrid options coming from luxury brands like Porsche.
Next in line for Mom tours should be Rivian R1S SUV and Mercedes EQS SUV.
Seconded!!

We should have a competition, how many times does she say like ?
Merely scratching the surface with this car.
Do cars for 3 children
Like this if your coming here because you cannot think like a woman.
funny valley accent
"Porsche" is pronounced as two syllables, not one: Por-sche
You speaking to fast, why?
Coupe = 2 doors.
You need to learn to speak actual sentences, avoiding kinda, like, totally get it.
