OMG! Thank you for posting this Rosie! Me, my brother Jonathan and my father (who sadly passed in 2002) attended the taping of this episode. I was only 10 at the time but was such a big fan of your show. My father worked as a doorman in Manhattan at the tenant building that your makeup artist (I believe) lived in and they became friends over time which is how we were able to obtain tickets and on your "Big Day" of all days! You were even nice enough to autograph a drawing that I made of your cartoon self thinking about the pie from the animated introduction of your show and you took a Polaroid picture with me holding it! My brother and I also received denim jackets sporting the shows logo and Koosh slingshots some time later and were told that they came directly from you! Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity Rosie! My family and I will always love you! 🥰

We went to her show three times when I was young, once my aunts even introduced her, I was trying to find that show. She was an absolute gem even during commercials. So funny, so loving. She’s the best I’d love to see her back

My son and I used to watch Rosie O’ Donnell everyday together after he got home from school. He’s 29 now and still remembers how much fun we used to have.

I was born 2 years after this show ended so maybe this show could start airing reruns of all the seasons on TV stations in major markets owned by Nexstar Media Group formerly owned by Tribune Broadcasting such as WPIX in New York City, KTLA in Los Angeles, WGN in Chicago and others at timeslots 11:00pm, 11:35pm, 10:00pm, and 10:35pm

Rosie was great for Tom’s image. Top Gun Maverick was absolutely the best, everything the world needs right now.
As a promoter yes. She was the one who kept him on the map for several years. His career would’ve fizzled after Jerry Maguire, if it wasn’t for Rosie, paying a pseudo sexually infatuated tribute to him. That’s why he continues to send her birthday presents and Christmas cards to this very day.

I still kick myself for never getting to NYC to be one of the audience members who helps open the show… I remember at work, for a week or two we were moving and I was at the new location and I setup a small tv just to have the ROS on in the background while I cleaned and assembled furniture and organized stuff.
