Forget the moves. Teach us your breathing techniques! They actually seem very purposeful.

It's the same reason why you breathe while running. Doing dribble moves can really burn your stamina sometimes.

its not cringey lol, its just unusual because he didn't turn the microphone off when doing the moves

These types of videos help out so much. I always had decent handles but i realized I only had a good 2-3 moves that I would go to. Just having all these moves in the back of my head helps so much cause i almost do them like second nature without thinking

Kise Ryota from the anime Kuroko No Basket does this move better but it's a little different, like he's gonna bounce pass it to his teammate to the left side with the head and body looking and moving diagonally away to the right but fake it and quickly grab the ball for a crossover to the left side. Hey Mr. Professor, do you watch anime basketball too? because I got some of my crossover moves from it especially from the anime Slamdunk and Kuroko No Basketball. You can get some references and ideas for creating new moves there.Keep up the good works Idol.

Hey professor. I'm tryna improve my ball handling on a week before a nice friendly game of basketball. my right is great it's just my offhand (left) that's killing me. I can't seem to connect. and I lose control trying to dribble both hands. what's a good workout that can improve me in a week. (I know it takes longer but...idk).
