I can't thank Dr. Brownstein enough for providing all this vital information. I healed my severe longterm hypothyroidism through the idodine + co-factors protocol. It was a hell of a scary journey since I started 2019 and I had zero support from doctors along the way (quite the opposite actually) but I "survived" and thrived! 🥳 Thank you, thank you, thank you!

wonderful and encouraging to hear Nadja. Can i ask- did you go and see him for appointments? or did you create your own protocol based off your own research? I am wondering what to do. my one hesitation is that i heard he does encourage meat eating as part of his thyroid healing protocol

Hi there, Vivian, I have read the whole collection of Dr. Brownstein's books many years ago (approx. 20yrs. ago), it is an utterly interesting and mind opening collection, however, the one that ultimately helped me the most is the two books I read written by Dr. Datis Kharrazian, the first book I read is: "Why Do I Still Have Thyroid Symptoms? When My Lab Tests Are Normal"
and the other book is "Why Isn't My Brain Working? Dr. Brownstein are a great start up collection to read, yet, it was only when I finally got to read and attentively explore these other two book when I finally begun to put things together and ask for all the right questions, tests, etc.
I actually dropped all allopathic doctors altogether and switched into holistic medicine to find true healing. Mine is just a suggestion, a drop in the Ocean which may or may not generate a ripple effect. Regardless if it does or not, I felt the urge to communicate my personal experience.

I would read his Iodine book first! I have Grave's disease and found it more information than his 3rd edition on Thyroid disorders. Will be checking out Dr. Kharrazian's books. Thx for recs!

    • @shaktiveda7041
      @shaktiveda7041 Рік тому

      @@denisemccole382 No worries! Learning
alternative ways on how to deal and even heal from autoimmunity disorders and other related conditions has helped me enormously. Indeed, I have experienced the reversal of the condition myself after dropping allopathic medicine altogether. Of course, it took a great leap of faith, and it also helped me to found out that I am a natural Alchemist by Human Design, at which point I felt like I had no choice but to follow the holistic path.
Although, we all have an alchemist archetype hidden somewhere inside of ourselves, and we all have that potential to transform ourselves when we follow our most holistic nature.
I came to the realization that my health challenges were there for me to re-direct and re-align myself to and with the truth, for me to better myself and learn to take responsibility for my own. The moment I quit asking somebody else outside of myself what "they" thought it was wrong with me, and "why," and quit giving away my power to other people, I began to learn my way to heal my own wounds.
There is a great sense of power that comes from being able to do just that and realize that ultimately, we are our own saviors after all. Not to lecture you on this, I know it's not an easy path either, but to let you know that we already have the solutions inside of us if we only look deep within.
I truly hope this helps. Don't give up!

I am 67, have never had any flu shot. Have not had the flu since 1997, and never got covid. Some people are ruled by fear. Kudo's to you for staying open! I had an issue with diverticulosis so made an appointment with our MD. Two hours later I got a text message saying "If you feel unwell or have a fever, you may not need to come in, you may just be able to schedule a video appt. I texted back "If you are afraid I will make you sick, you chose the wrong career. Fast forward 3 weeks, I ended up in urgent care for stomach pain and other effects from the GI system. I was sent straight to St. Joseph's Hospital in Denver. After they got me stabilized, they performed a resection to remove a large mass in the colon. Not benign thank God, but these video appointments are a scam. The MD gets his fee, and he doesn't have to deal with his patients in person. But who takes you blood pressure, who weighs you, who checks ear nose and throat? No one. Never before in life were we told, if you don't feel well or have a fever DON'T come in! How damned stupid do they think we are?

I immediately went online and checked my test results and realized my sodium AND chloride levels are BELOW the standard range, and not even close to the ideal minimum. Last tested in February. Since then, however, I’ve been consuming unrefined pink salt, so I’ll be curious how my next test results turn out. "Dr. David Brownstein promotes the use of magnesium chloride as a supplement “synergistic” to treatment with iodine. Chloride competes with bromide at the renal level and increases the renal clearance of bromide,[3] thus magnesium chloride is ideal for magnesium supplementation. Some patients require up to two years of iodine therapy to bring post loading urine bromide levels below 10 mg/24 hr, if chloride load is not included in the bromine detoxification program. Dr. Brownstein says, “As with using any nutritional supplement, a comprehensive holistic treatment plan provides the best results. Magnesium is an important part of the iodine treatment plan. Magnesium deficiency is very common. Magnesium is nature’s relaxing agent. Magnesium levels (via red blood cell magnesium levels) should be assessed and supplementation instituted. Magnesium supplementation will likely ensure optimal results with iodine.” --- From the website of Dr. Sircus : drsircus.com/magnesium/magnesium-chloride-benefits/

I had the most fantastic naturopathic doctor on little ole Main St in little ole Bay St. Louis MS doing things that you had to go to Mexico for: hydrogen peroxide therapy, ozone, vitamins, EVERYTHING. I even used his Rife machine way back in 1984 approximately. He put me on my natural medicine journey that has been a God send, a degree in medicine (not really, but I think sometimes, I know more than they do). It has been the joy of my life. Sometimes it takes me a year to find a solution; sometimes, 3; sometimes longer. But he taught me that allopaths treat the SYMPTOMS; naturopathy treats the CAUSES! And finally, all these years later, I am hearing doctors talk about that. But Jonathan Wright's books were my source of help after my doctor passed away in 1990. Took me years to quit crying but he did give me my health, lots of information, and a quest for solutions that are not FROM ALLOPATHS! This doctor in this video is what you would want in a doctor! God bless him!

I have read the whole collection of Dr.

I am asking for help in honestly answering the question: how long should I use vitamin C after drinking Lugola liquid? I have been using this protocol for 3 weeks, but it's a pity that Dr. Browenstein did not write what time interval should separate the Lugola solution from the vitamins, and you cannot take them at the same time, especially since he recommends taking from 3 to 10 grams a day, which is quite a lot, and You can't take it all at once, you have to work really hard to take the entire recommended supplementation in one day. I am asking for help, doctor, because there is NOWHERE this information, which is very important, not to convert iodine into iodide, and I don't know when to start taking vitamin C after drinking Lugola solution. Thank you and best regards

Are you Indigenous Australian? Because it was *protocol* to wait on the borders of another nation’s territory for a proper welcome if one’s intentions were honorable- he wasn’t doing a ‘welcome to country’, he was doing a recognition of Indigenous rights and traditional ownership of the particular original custodians of the area he lives in. As for your ‘creator’ I’m assuming you’re talking about the murderous psychopathic ‘god’ in the ‘christian’ bible, the one wielded by all the ‘good christian colonisers’ who were poisoning, enslaving, genociding and brutalising the Indigenous inhabitants in every way they felt inclined the same way they did to every *other* Indigenous group they encountered on the planet? Yeah nah mate, hard pass on that crap, can’t wait for christianity to go extinct personally.
