    KRYSTAL
I have not seen a woman this beautiful both inwards and outwards. I like her..... A good heart is palpable in her especially the way she is so humble, smiling all along from the start of the clip, shes a good listener, a definite wife material who for all reason you would never think of cheating on her. a true treasure and carries a true sense of a friendship and wife. This woman is so special in that.....she has a true heart of love ,laughter and forgiveness but as much as she still loves Him, she knows she cannot stay here she deserves better that she was treated. That is maturity in its entirety, just because you still love your ex doesnt always mean you should get back together. I am saying this because of the way they both look at each other....No like seriously the start of the video, they stare at each other for 24 seconds without a word, i saw love, missing each others company and knowing the fact that you cant go back to how things were.......that alone broke me up. Krystal was very hurt by Steve and by all means when she says she is still gathering herself I know it is a hard transition being in the line where you know you still have something for them but you cannot change the past. Women like Krystal in this world are few, who are loving, patient, caring and friendly with a touch of peacefulness around is hard to encounter
    STEVEN
This guy is a representation of of a really good person out there who shows us that not all of us are perfect, we all mess up and sometimes what we do can eat up our lives. I LIKE THE FACT THAT HE IS SO OPEN. He comes to tell the woman that he cheated on her, not most men would do that, He is a real man who feels the need to take responsibility for His action and very much He understands with all his might that Krystal did not deserve what he did to her. He crossed a lane. He is so positive and he is the kind of person that never wants to repeat what he has done before, his apology to me feels really honest and real and he fully owns the mistake, deep in the inside i feel His regret and pain, 3 years seems like a hell for Him. seriously you dont move away from a woman like this to find a better one that her. He seems the 3 years he spent without her, he never really met someone else or forgiven himself and find peace within himself, but the talking was a closure for both. This guy also to me seems like he has learnt his lesson, i hope he meets someone best too like Krystal or more because he also deserves best, guys like these........who are honest, apologetic, kind, loving, true, selfless......they are rare out there

Oh my gosh.. I watched the short one and I was like this guy doesn't seem like he knows exactly what went wrong.. and now I'm glad I got to watch the whole thing because he's dangerously so unaware of himself.. in so many ways.
    Just to name a few:
    1. He cheated in the beginning of their relationship when they were open about talking about things but he held back from telling her .. until he felt like she didn't love him anymore.. so then he told her "as a way to set her free". (Trash btw because he really sounded like he thought he was doing her a favor by telling her that late in the relationship... when it was really just him finally giving up)
    2. He suspected she was cheating... BEFORE they even got together.. because he was insecure about a lot of other things but he used that suspicion to justify his.. it's such a weird mind game cus they weren't even together and he even agrees she was open and honest but he felt she was still hiding things... (I'm glad she caught on to how backwards that was)
    3. There's a part were he gets upset because they were at a restaurant and she said "he's cute" about maybe the waiter.. and he was deeply offended... even though they look at/hit on other women together....
It's so crazy that something so miniscule like that set him off... because he..actually cheated... like?
I'm so glad this is over and she didn't go back to him because he has a lot more life to grow into before he's ready to commit to something at a level of honesty that's outside of his ego.
Sad on missing out on their friendship but she totally deserves to be with someone who can meet her at the level of growth and emotional maturity that she's at. I hope him playing with her emotions didn't make her lose sight of love because she is SO deserving. Love is out there waiting for her and it won't be manipulative like whatever they shared. Wish I could give her a hug fr 🥺❤

The worst pain I’ve ever known was not due to the actions of another woman. The worst pain I’ve ever experienced was from knowing my actions caused the woman I loved pain… a pain that she didn’t deserve… a pain that also caused me a great deal of pain. I watched how revealing to the woman I love the truth of what I was painfully struggling with become the source of her pain as well. And then the pain just magnified 100 times worse when she left. I needed her to believe in us and to support and love me as we fought my addiction together. I struggled alone for a year and was losing an uphill battle alone. But I wasn’t alone, I was engaged. I was in love but I was in shame of my addiction. When I told her the truth, she returned the ring and left. When I came home the next day, she had already moved out everything that belonged to her… furniture and all. A few weeks later my addiction had taken ahold of my life and I crashed my truck into a river. I broke all my ribs, my right cheekbone, got 11 stitches in my face, and totaled out my truck. I made it easy for her to get over me and move on. But I was as stuck in the water smashed into the mud of that river bank as I was in the pain of my addiction. A couple months later I got a roommate and a month or so after that I discovered he had stolen my identity. My banker said I had to call the cops in order to be reimbursed for the thousands of dollars he had spent of mine and that it would help with all the credit card debt he racked up as well. When he knew the cops were coming, he put his drugs in my other truck I had. After they arrested him, they found the drugs and charged me with delivery of Meth in a school zone. Then he robbed me after he was released from jail and had moved out. The cops did nothing because I never gave him an eviction notice. They were out to get me. I had learned this guy had stolen a woman’s mail and used her identity to attempt to give himself the legal guardianship of her two minor children. The guy was a human trafficker and I was just some younger more naive guy that needed company to distract me from the pain of losing my ex fiancé. I ended up in the biggest mental health institution in the state of Iowa for awhile. By the time I was released I had lost my job and my freedom was on the line. I still struggled with staying clean and eventually admitted myself into residential treatment for my chemical dependence. It was a 30 day program, but they made an exception out of me. On my 48th day in rehab, I finally graduated out and followed up with another 14 months of outpatient treatment. Being in recovery saved me from going to prison because I got a deferred judgement and was sentenced to 5 years of probation and confined to the county. It’s been 3 years now and I recently let the next woman I loved move in. After I discovered she was cheating on me, she became hostile and abusive. She had the cops come kick in my door and acted as if I held her prisoner. After my release from jail I discovered her last boyfriend was sentenced to prison for the same two charges I have… domestic assault and false imprisonment. About three weeks ago there was a probation violation filed, even though I haven’t been found guilty of anything. So despite the fact that I never assaulted or held her against her will and never been convicted of breaking the law, I was arrested and violated the terms of my probation. I’ve relapsed and used every single day and night since my probation revocation hearing. And I sit here 3 years later after my ex fiancé walked out still thinking about her awaiting my prison sentence. I have never seen her once since that day and we have never even spoken once. I never had a criminal record until now either. I wish I could sit down with her and talk like this show. Otherwise I’m afraid I’ll never forgive myself and I will never finally lay my pain, guilt, and shame to rest. And my addiction will always win. Even after when I’m released from the state pen, I’m afraid without closure, I’ll just end up back there again. She was my best friend, but when my dad died, she wasn’t there for me when I cried. So I coped the wrong way and it didn’t matter how much I loved her or she loved me, I was addicted to crystal meth. Maybe she couldn’t have helped. But she definitely didn’t even try and left me wanting to die. This is my story, but it’s not the end of my book. I just hope that one day when I find this comment and look back, that I’m not still hooked to this shit that took everything from me and that I’m finally back in recovery.

She put him on a high horse. And still viewed him highly throughout the entire conversation. While this dude needed to find any excuse for why he cheated. They weren’t exclusive. This is why communication is key. If his feelings got hurt he could’ve expressed that to her right then and there. To sit there and have a proud demeanor like this after someone is looking directly at you, with clear facial expressions of hurt & pain is a very questionable persona. Be careful with people who have similar traits like this guy. They feed off of the pain they’ve caused to others. They want to know they were capable of hurting you, and if that’s the response they get from the person who’s been targeted...then it would mean they have some sort of power over you. I’m glad she’s moved on. She deserves to be in loving relationship.

I don’t feel like he was finding excuses. He is aware that he fucked up. And he even said he was ‚the toxic one‘- so I wouldn’t say he is feeding of the pain he was causing her. I know which kind of people you mean but I feel like he doesn’t fit in that ‚category’. These kind of people would never reflect on what they have done like he did here. Of course there is still room for improvement and I don’t want to sugarcoat his act, but I feel like he is not as bad as a person as you state it here.

@@Ellael98 nah lol he was definitely manipulative in several parts of this interview. It's ok if you didn't catch that but this person is right. I do feel like the guy apologized and in some ways probably meant the apology.. but his demeanor throughout this interview is very prideful and composed like he's still holding back. And he did make excuses for cheating.. because he walked around the fact that he was insecure.. and just basically blamed her for why he was insecure.. which is not her fault.

This video is the equivalent to when a guy texts in months or years later telling you how bad he fucked up the relationship in hopes that you don’t see him in a bad way, to get your understanding of why he did what he did, and to share blame in how things fell apart so that you both can get back together on an even playing field. It sounds like he is doing this for himself because he is still defensive with the waitress situation and the phone thing.

Aiming for a woman who is really attractive and then faulting her for the attention from others is the result of insecurity within. Being ego centered is encouraged in this country yet toxic to relationships. I've always said a man will not learn to treat his woman right until after he's experienced the pain of losing the one who got away. Unfortunately many men still don't learn from it they just get better at hiding their indiscretions

I sense from these two there are some very deep feelings (presently). I still am content on saying he hasn't really sat with the things he could of done diff'ntly, idk maybe that's just me but even in my own men kinda speak about how they'll never betray you and how they have all this passion for you and than boom here comes the abuse. I noticed the form in which his started to show; like how he mentioned he was being controlling for no reason; I know i've had issues with noticing things i like and dislike bout me; but i felt like it would of been a diff outcome had he expressed in some sort of the way the lack of assurance. I def went thru the phone circumstances, but i think i had already been played if I'm not mistaken; idk. This one got me thinking in a circle now!!...Half way in it's good; this is the adulting that missing; like the discourse on social media does drown me out; cause it's like as if it's men against women and its constant; everytime i look up itss a bash fest so this was brought to us with so much ease!!! I think there was one point that was missed. Although he cheated early on in the relationship, it was wrong and his actions did line up with a person that acted out of self guilt. However, when he was to the point where he couldn't hide it from her any longer, he said that he had to get it off his chest and let her go to free himself. Meaning that he wanted her to know his mess up, and giving her a chance to leave, but I don't think it was his actual intentions to lose her for good. The key points are that the man cheated, and the woman appreciated another man facial appearance.
While the latter may seems insignificant, but nevertheless can create some levels of doubt.
Including the fact that the woman was always on phone.
Relationship requires openness, honesty, and dedication.
However, cheating is of a different level than mere appreciating someone.
Because it is a key factor that degrades relationship.
And could actually affect the victim psychological and mental wellbeing.
Also, the probability that the cheater would not repeat it again creates uncertainty.
However, what was responsible for the failure of her second relationship?
